My player is not found on the roster
We are still building the roster. Email us the player’s name, team and a parent email and we will add them.
Cancelling a training session
Use the cancel link in your confirmation email or the Training page. Cancel before the first session and every credit comes back. Once the session has started, signing up is a commitment and withdrawing does not refund credits. If the club cancels a week or the session, you get those credits back.
Cancelling a HitTrax hour
Use the Cancel this booking link in your confirmation email. The credits or payment go back on your account.
